By accessing this website or engaging Easy AI Ltd for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Services, Pricing, and Quotes

Services are quoted project by project based on scope and complexity.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

We may update pricing for ongoing monthly programmes with reasonable notice.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before project work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due on completion and before final delivery.
  • Because services are custom and work begins immediately, refunds are generally not available once work has started.

4. Project Timelines

Any timelines we provide are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery dates may change if scope changes, client feedback is delayed, required assets are missing, or unforeseen technical issues arise.

5. Intellectual Property

The website and our original materials remain the property of Easy AI Ltd and its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once invoices are paid in full, we grant a licence for the agreed client use of the delivered work.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy AI Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
